First time home buyers here. We just bought our first home in April (2020), and let me tell you, we knew NOTHING about the process when we first started looking into it.

So we were getting frustrated but luckily we unexpectedly found Quynh, who actually took the time to invite us over to her office so that we could meet in person and go over the things that mattered to us.
