Quynh is the most amazing real estate agent anyone could hope for! She has extensive knowledge of the industry that includes histories of buildings, market trends, the detailed end to end administrative processes and top connections to other professionals needed to close on a property. She not only showed me patience and tough love when looking for my condo downtown, she listened to my needs and likes/dislikes so that she was able to guide me to units I would not have necessarily considered but was pleasantly surprised by how much liked them better than what I thought I wanted.
